- Minimum of 10% deposit is required to secure bookings.
- Deposit is refundable if you cancel 60 days before check-in. Otherwise, deposit is non refundable for later cancellations.
- Payment for deposit can be made via bank transfer, credit card, Paypal or cash (dependent on cost of total cost of stay).
- The balance of the rental cost (after deposit paid) can be paid in cash on arrival or via credit card/Paypal 24 hours before check-in
- A 10,000 baht damage deposit is required for stays less than 1 month. 1 month – 6 months require 15,000 baht and over 6 months, 1 months’ rent will be taken as a deposit. It will be returned on check-out (subject to any unreasonable damage caused or toilet blockages).
